TMJ Treatment

TMJ stands for Temporomandibular Joint. This is the jaw joint that is utilized for chewing, eating and speaking. Bruxism, or teeth grinding, can occur throughout life and may lead to symptoms of Temporomandibular Disorder (TMD).

These symptoms include:

  • Headaches
  • Trouble opening the mouth
  • Earaches
  • Dizziness
  • Pain in your face and temples
  • Trouble chewing, speaking and swallowing

If you experience any of the conditions associated with TMD, the dentists at Ray Dental Group may be able to help relieve these symptoms and guide you back to a painless normal functioning mouth.

5 stars

I would and have recommended Ray Dental to anyone. They truly do go above and beyond to make sure your visit is a good one. As someone who has a fear of going to the dentist I wish I went to them years ago. They are all so kind and friendly and I feel totally at ease there. Best dentist experience ever!
